After graduating in 2014, I started a Family Medicine practice in Manheim, PA under WellSpan with another physician I had trained with in residency. We practiced there for a little over three years, incorporating obstetrics into our practice and learning the joys and challenges of growing a new practice from the ground up. During this time, I started precepting residents at the Good Samaritan Family Medicine Residency program and discovered that I really enjoy teaching mixed into my clinical practice. Over the past several years, I have been full time faculty and in 2020 took over as medical director at our rural office in East Lebanon County (ELCO). I currently practice strictly outpatient medicine while also seeing patients at a local nursing home in Cornwall, PA. I oversee the Geriatrics curriculum as well as the EBM (evidence-based medicine) curriculum at our residency program. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and being outdoors. We have some fruit trees, a garden, and spend lots of time in our pool over the summer months. I also enjoy topics on renewable energy and personal finance.
